Most trips can be accessed at www.checkmytrip.com. At the top enter your booking reference and last name. The booking reference is also called Agency Confirmation. If you are unsure, please contact us and we can provide it.

In most situations, within the United States, you can still travel without ID, if possible get a police report. In all cases you will need to arrive at the airport very early for your flight and will be subjected to additional security checks. Different rules apply for international travel. If you are a US Citizen, you must contact the Department of State, or local embassy/consulate to replace a lost or stolen passport. It is always advisable to keep a copy of your passport in a separate location to expedite replacement in case of loss or theft.

We can provide reports that can detail the travel schedules of all travelers we have booked. We can also access flight status for all flights we have booked. You can reach us here.

We are very adept at making sure our traveler’s abide by their corporate travel policies. In many cases, we’ve assisted companies in creating and implementing travel polices. When bringing in a new corporate client, we make sure that a system is in place to enforce travel policies and approve exceptions.

Our system logs every ticket we issue and after the final travel date, check the status of each ticket. If the ticket remains unused after the travel date, it sends the ticket information to a database. When we begin a new booking for that traveler, we receive an alert that the traveler has an unused ticket.

We pride ourselves on our ability to book both leisure and business travel. We can save our clients time and money when booking their vacations. In addition we discount our service fees to employees of existing corporate accounts.
